Hustle is a messaging platform that enables personal conversations at scale, to engage communities. I was hired by the team in 2016 to improve the architecture of the Admin site, and augment the platform with a series of new features to assign and qualify leads. I created illustrations for the product, as well as case studies, presentations, and print collateral.
Agent app
Campaigns are defined at the Admin level. The goal of a campaign can be to raise money, or invite people to an event or political gathering.
For each campaign, agents are assigned a number of "leads" which they message individually through the app, using a script provided by the Admin team. The agent qualifies the lead's response (positive, neutral, negative, opt out request) and a relevant response script is suggested accordingly. The agent can edit the response script as needed.
