Facebook reached out to me in 2013 to explore ways to increase engagement with the news feed and Facebook pages. I also worked on verified user badges, email campaigns, Facebook gifts and charity donations.

I worked on a number explorations for a general landing page for Facebook pages. Meta!
The goal was to encourage discovery of new pages:

Here again, the goal of this project was to encourage users to discover and like new pages. I explored dozens of approaches for suggesting related pages. The following UI was selected and implemented:

Re-engagement email

The goal of this project was to re-engage users who have few Facebook friends by suggesting a number of pages:
